About the project
Flowline is an automation concept for teams that receive many similar requests. New messages are read, sorted and prepared before anyone opens them.
The challenge
Automation is only useful when people can trust it. The flow needed to save time without hiding what happened to each request.
The solution
An AI step reviews and prepares each request, then a person confirms the result. Every step stays visible, so the team can correct it at any time.
